01: Your Lot
We’ll help you select an ideal building lot for your project, lifestyle goals, and budget.
02: Your Design
Choose to customize one of our many professional home designs to suit your liking, or work with our designers to create something all your own.
03: The Build
Once your lot and design are approved, we’ll get to work installing your foundation, framing, and every detail down to the finishing details. As the owner, you’ll have input at every step so we’re building the home of your dreams.
04: Closing
In many cases, Snell Construction can offer turn-key homes where we purchase the lot and build your home, then close with you upon completion. In those cases, we will have a standard closing and you’ll officially be the key-holding owner of your new home.
